Acceptance

These terms govern your use of Download Manager Plus (the “extension”) and this website. By installing or using the extension, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't install it, or uninstall it.

License

We grant you a free, personal, non-exclusive and revocable license to use the extension in your browsers, for both personal and professional use.

You may not resell the extension, publish modified copies passing them off as the original or use its name or logo to promote other products.

Acceptable use

• You're responsible for the files you download and for having the right to download them.
• Don't use the extension to infringe copyright, access other people's systems without permission or distribute malicious software.
• Don't try to bypass the browser's security checks or the website API confirmations.

Your data and backups

Your history and settings are stored only on your device, as the privacy policy explains. If you uninstall the extension or delete its data, we can't recover them: use the export feature to make backups.

Third-party content

The files you download come from third-party sites. We don't control or review their content and aren't responsible for it. The browser still applies its own security checks to every download.

Warranty and liability

The extension is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors, or that it will be compatible with every browser version.

To the extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for indirect damages, loss of data or files, or harm arising from the use of the extension. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Changes and termination

We may update the extension, change or remove features and modify these terms. We'll publish changes on this page with their date. If you keep using the extension after a change, you accept the updated terms. You can stop using it at any time by uninstalling it.
